This digital service tool leveraging the spreadsheet tool developed in CEN-CE project is a translation of the EN 15378-3 standard, which deals with measured energy performance, covering the space heating and domestic hot water services.

This tool focuses on heating only, because the available EPB standards are limited in this respect for the other fields. It translates the measured values to standardized and normalized values which can serve for calculating and comparing based on measured data the operational energy performance of buildings.

The following measurements are needed as input: invoices, meter readings, maintenance reports, on-site monitoring by building automation and control system and building management systems.

As output the tool provides the delivered energy for heating (space and domestic hot water) against the outdoor temperature and the value for the estimated indoor temperature.
