The EPB standards are grouped into topics or "modules".

This topic (module M2) comprises the assessment of sensible and latent energy needs for heating and cooling and indoor temperatures, the (hydro-)thermal and solar properties of building elements (such as walls, roof, ground floor, doors and windows (incl. solar shading provisions); indicators for partial EPB requirements related to thermal energy balance and fabric features.
