The EPB standards are grouped into topics or "modules".

This topic (module M3) comprises the systems and subsystems for heating the building or building parts for human comfort.

Because of the similarity and possible combination of technologies it also includes water based cooling systems.

Humidification (systems) is a separate topic (module M6), but for practical reasons covered here under topic M3.
