Step by step implementation

The modular EPB structure (see page on modular structure) and the “Annex A/Annex B” approach (see page on National Annexes), in particular with the option to (preferably for a limited period) reference to a specific national standard instead of a specific EPB standard, strongly facilitates a step by step implementation of the set of EPB standards by individual countries or regions.
